How to Make an Effective Penis Enlargement Exercise Plan

If you have ever tried to do penis enlargement exercises then you are likely to be one of the 90% of those who tried penis enlargement exercises and failed. The biggest reason for this is that most of us who find out about male member enlargement rarely have a chance to find out all of the necessary information to do a successful program. You may have heard about a technique or two and how to do it, but not necessarily as to how to put it all together. If this is the first time that you have heard of penis enlargement exercises than that is even better because you will not be confused by anything else that you may have heard about this. Remember that making your penis bigger with exercises is a very, very gradual process. One of the best ways to keep someone motivated enough to stick to a particular plan is for that person to see results. With exercises you are likely to see results of about a half an inch of increase in length in 6 months. That is very little progress and many people end up giving up because of it. However, with a smart plan, you are much more likely to stick with it to the end. Today your road to a bigger penis will begin on the right track.

First let us plan the logistics of this program. You must consider several factors. How much time can you dedicate to this program? Be very realistic here. Do you think you can set aside 10 minutes EVERY day, or 30 minutes EVERY day? By the way, if you cannot do this program every day, then you will NOT be successful at making your penis bigger and any time that you would put into this program will be more or less a waste. The next thing to decide is when throughout the day you will have this time to do the plan? I highly recommend that it happens in the morning because if for some reason you are running behind and end up skipping your daily routine, you still have all day to make it up sometime during the rest of the day. When it is scheduled in the evening and you somehow forget to do it, when you wake up the next day you may feel like a failure for forgetting to stick to the plan and it makes it all that much more likely for you to give up on the whole thing. You need to get a notebook, a pen, and a cloth measuring tape. A ruler or metal tape measure will not be as accurate for this. Lastly you will need some reminder cards (I'll get to this in a second,) a timer and a cloth.

To start it is best to place your reminder cards, that can be as simple as saying something like "go do your exercises", in the top 3 or 4 places that you are almost guaranteed to see throughout the day. For example, you can use the mirror in the bathroom where you brush your teeth as the first place. The fridge or pantry where you go to get your breakfast could be your second spot. Perhaps your computer where you check your email or read the news every morning is another good spot. Make a daily journal where you have at least 2 fields, one is for a checkmarks that you completed your exercises for the day; the second is for notes or observations. Some have added other fields, like daily pictures or daily measurements, however there is so little day-to-day change that we recommend keeping the pictures and measurements to once per week or maybe even better to once per month. We like once per month because you are most likely to see an obvious change in your size, perhaps it is only one eighth of an inch, but that is still progress. If you check your measurements or take pictures once a week the difference will be so little that it is likely to cause disappointment and this of course is going to make it that much more likely for you to give up.

It is also a good idea to have your exercise instructions in your journal as well. There are four or five main kinds of exercises. We recommend that whichever you choose to do, whether you do just a few or all of them, we recommend that you at least include jelqing and kegel's in your program. You would do your program based on your allotted daily time. For example, in a 10 minute daily program, you could do a 2 minute warm up, 4 minutes jelqing and 4 minutes kegels. With 30 minutes per day you, of course, have much bigger options. It's probably obvious but still worth a mention that with a 30 minute daily program you will see much faster results than with a 10 minute daily program. Also these exercises must be done every day, no days off. It is significantly better to do 10 minutes every day than 20 minutes every other day.

Now that you have your plan all set up you have a real chance of success. The only thing that is holding you back from increasing your penis size is your will power to do the exercises every day despite any noticeable change. 6 months from now you and your partner(s) will be able to enjoy a bigger, better performing and a more confident you. You can realistically expect a penis that will be a half an inch to a full inch longer plus you will be able to get harder, longer lasting erections.
